Before Ladata Leiria opens, 100 spots are available across two founding offers. The offer closes when the 100 spots are gone or when the doors open — whichever comes first.
On opening day — not the day you buy. Your membership or pack, and your free Recovery Room months, all start counting when the doors open.
It's the same practice: heat, cold, and a Recovery Room, run the Ladata way. Leiria is its own house, with its own prices and its own set of recovery instruments. Founding members can also book sessions at Ladata Matosinhos, subject to availability and terms set at opening.
A membership is a monthly plan for regular sessions: the Founding Membership gives 20% off any Leiria membership for 1 year and three months of free Recovery Room access. A pack is a flexible bundle of sessions: the Founding Pack gives 10% off the 5- or 10-session pack, is fully shareable, valid for three months from opening day, and includes two months of free Recovery Room access.
You arrive about ten minutes early, change in a private cabin, and we walk you through the cycle. From there it's yours: ten to fifteen minutes in the Finnish sauna at up to 100°C, or the gentler infrared at 55°C. Then one to three minutes in the cold plunge, at 8°C or 3°C. Rest, drink some water, and go again. Most people fit two or three rounds into an hour — no class, no instructor, no pace but your own.
Yes. Most people who walk in have never tried contrast therapy. We walk you through the cycle when you arrive, and you set the pace — shorter rounds, milder temperatures, whatever your body is ready for.
Just your swimwear and slippers. Towels, private changing cabins, and full access to the house amenities are included with every session.
